Chief Financial Officer

Mr. Wilson joined ArrMaz Custom Chemicals in May 2009.  Mr. Wilson served as the Chief Financial Officer of Process Chemicals, LLC, the holding company which owned ArrMaz Products L.P.,  from 1997 to 2004. There he was responsible for the financial, human resources and information technology functions of each of its three subsidiaries.

Mr. Wilson’s entire career has been spent in the chemical industry with over 30 years of progressively responsible experience in financial roles.  The chemical segments in which Mr. Wilson has experience include Crude Tall Oil, Crude Sulfate Turpentine, Reactive Polymers, Salt, Soda Ash, Borax, Paper and Textile chemicals.  The last 19 years of Mr. Wilson’s career have been spent with companies owned by private equity investors.

Mr. Wilson holds a Bachelor’s degree in accounting from the University of North Florida and is a Certified Management Accountant.
